NY girl here, and this is without a doubt the best local pizza around! The first time we tried Jersey Slice Palencia, it honestly didn’t set the expectation it deserved—because the pizza is *that* good. The service is always amazing, and I love how creative they are with their slices. I’ve tried most of them at this point and have zero complaints; every slice has been delicious. The pizza is definitely the star of the show. What I can appreciate is all the specials they offer and voice when entering. They truly preform community spirit. The knots are good, but personally, I’d prefer them with a little less oil or butter. That said, it wouldn’t stop me from coming back because the slices are amazing. We also really enjoy the wings, and with football season here, this is a great spot to order from for game day. Highly recommend!
So delicious! Had take out for the first time - pizza, garlic knots, and eggplant parm hero. Truly authentic northeast style, everything was fresh and very good. Will ask for sauce on side of sub next time though - a tad soggy but that’s from the drive home.
Excellent flavor on meat lovers pie! New Yorker here so crust is very thin BUT flavorful. Garlic knots to die for!
Great lunch value and the staff is extremely friendly. The garlic knots are very good as well!
If I could give it a 0 I would. Pre-ordered an hour and 20 minutes for a 4:15 pickup. Got there just before 4:15 and was told it was just put in the oven and would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and I ask if it’s almost ready. Same person that told me 10 minutes now says they just started making it and will be 15 minutes. Just be honest! I could have found something else for my daughter to eat before work which was the whole reason I pre-ordered.
