Rosati's Pizza St. Augustine

As someone who’s had Italian beef from Portillo’s in Orlando and even Buona Beef in Chicago, I can honestly say Rosati’s in St. Augustine stands above them both. The flavor is absolutely unbeatable—perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with the authentic Chicago taste that I’ve been looking for. What truly makes Rosati’s special, though, is the customer service. The owners are incredibly welcoming, genuinely care about every customer, and are involved every step of the way. They take the time to make sure every order is right and that everyone leaves happy. That personal touch is something you just don’t get from most food chains. If you’re looking for authentic Chicago food with incredible flavor and customer service that’s second to none, Rosati’s in St. Augustine is a must-visit. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the people are this exceptional. Highly recommend!

If you’re craving a real Chicago-style Italian beef, Rosati’s in St. Augustine is the place to go. I never thought I’d say it, but their Italian beef is even better than Portillo’s. One bite took me right back home—it was exactly the taste I’ve been missing. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owners. They’re incredibly down-to-earth, genuinely care about their customers, and made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. You can tell they take pride in both their food and the experience they provide. If you’re looking for authentic Chicago flavors and outstanding customer service, I can’t recommend Rosati’s St. Augustine enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Finally had the opportunity to visit. I ordered an Italian beef sandwich, and it was excellent. Even Better than the Portillos Orlando location ,and less expensive. My wife loved her salad, and the wings were pretty good also. Will definitely return to order a deep dish pizza but we were in a bit of a rush and it takes about 30 minutes to cook which is the norm for a Chicago style deep dish. Besides the limited amount of seating Rosatis is excellent, and the customer service is top notch.

Rosati's Pizza completely knocked it out of the park, and Tara provided some of the absolute best service we’ve ever had! From start to finish, she was attentive, incredibly friendly, and made sure our entire experience was perfect. ​The food itself was pure perfection: ​Thin Crust White Pizza: Crispy, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor—a phenomenal white pizza that hits all the right notes. ​Chicken Deep Dish Pizza: A masterpiece of a pie with a thick, buttery crust and packed with savory chicken. ​Between Tara’s exceptional hospitality and the top-tier pizza, Rosati's has officially won us over. We will absolutely be back!
