Recommended by a friend and now one of my favorite pizza spots anywhere! Jack at the bar was super nice and helpful! Great bar to grab a drink at while ordering takeout. We shared the very large meatball app with the whipped ricotta and it’s just delicious!! It’s also excellent sauce to dip your crust in!! You can split the pizzas so we tried the Big Al and Beast of Burden and took that and the antipasto salad back to our rental home. The salad is outstanding (little bit of the house dressing + their balsamic was perfect). Looking forward to returning to the area and trying more cause the whipped ricotta app with the figs is calling my name!
I watched this location be built and have wated to visit for some time. Great pizza 🍕 😋 and the staff are super friendly. I spoke with one of the owners, Adam, and he really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We tried the large pizza (The Butcher Shop) and the garlic knots. Crust was wonderful 😋 with that perfect NYC slice. I highly recommend when you visit Saint Augustine.
Stumbled upon this place when we were looking for something to eat. My husband and I are New Yorkers and very picky about our pizza, and this absolutely reminded us of home. The individual pies were absolutely amazing, and the service was stellar. Our server Chrissi was so kind and gave us the best recommendations. The hot 97 NY style pizza was so delicious, with a crispy bottom, no flop, and the chicken cutlet on it was so reminiscent of Long Island delis. Highly recommended you come here, genuinely I never make reviews and this place deserved it!
A decent place to grab dinner though, be aware, it can get pretty busy. The customer service here is amazing—service is quick and the staff is very friendly. I found the food hit or miss. I honestly enjoyed the appetizers more than the pizza. You could have just been the pizza I ordered so I think it would be worth going back to try a different option. The one thing I will say is their prices are very expensive. Well I understand it is can a popular area of a historic city, I don't believe that justify what they charge. If the price for adjusted to reflect what you received, it could be a restaurant you'll come back to over and over again.
Oh wow, I see why they were voted # 1 pizza!! They have earned it!! SOOO so good! We got the deep dish. Also the chicken parm was delicious and a huge portion! I think they have the best garlic knots I've ever had! They know how to do Italian right! I'm ready to move to St. Augustine!!!!!
