We had been going to this practice for years with a small kid who needed help due to speech delays and language delays. The first several years the therapists and administrative staff were wonderful. Appointments were scheduled and were made available so we can combine several together, and our insurance was charged correctly without any issues. This past year 2023 everything changed. The appointments were constantly not available to be combined, and we didn't have a constant schedule. The worst thing though was the office messed up our insurance coding or else even worse as they claim, they did some therapy procedures that weren't covered by insurance without our approval. This resulted in a big bill and no matter how many times we tried to get this resolved it was just denied. Also, they miscalculated the number of appointments we have covered. Even our insurance called and explained our coverage but they still wouldn't understand. The previous years same exact coverage and insurance plan worked just fine. We have sadly stopped going there. Our child is still in need of therapy and it's sad that the entire hospital system failed to care about what's best for my child.
Our daughter has special needs due to a rare genetic condition, so we are frequent flyers here for her physical therapy. We love this team so much. Thank you for helping us take care of our girl!!
I take my son to get his therapy and the receptionist always says he is not insured which he is and makes me drive 1 hour 30 min for nothing I leave and I get called by billing and the lady scheduled my apt I was like are u sure he is covered because I went and suppose he is not and she said yes ok so I drove to his apt and the receptionist made me wait at the window with her smurk and laughing at my face and saying he is not covered I called insurance on her and they told her he is covered and has been is it weren't for the nurse who does his therapy she told her to let him get his therapy as I drive far the receptionist name is sylvia
staff is RUDE! DON'T bring your child here they don't care!!
