Whitleys Heating and Air, LLC

Whitley’s Heating and Air delivered a flawless experience from start to finish. They installed a 10-ton rooftop AC unit at our commercial building, and every step — from scheduling to installation — was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and exceptional attention to detail. The crew was meticulous and respectful of our property: no screws left behind, no corners cut. Even the drain line installation was completed with precision. Raymond, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly. One moment that truly stood out was their honesty and transparency — when it turned out heat strips weren’t needed, they immediately issued a credit. That kind of integrity is rare and deeply appreciated. We have two more AC units that will need replacing soon, and Whitley’s will absolutely be our first call. The best review any business can receive is a recommendation — and we’re proud to recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service from start to finish! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my AC system. They quickly diagnosed the issue, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was running properly before leaving. I really appreciated the honesty and the quality of the work. It’s not always easy to find reliable service, but this team definitely delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repair!

Cory arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. They had my service call taken care of efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Will use this company again and be happy to refer them to anyone needing air conditioning work on their home or business!
