Great experience with Noble Heating and Air. Prompt, professional, and honest service from start to finish. Last year, I paid another company $500 to clean my air ducts and remove dust buildup. They told me everything was cleaned properly, even though air ducts are typically only supposed to need cleaning every 3–5 years. Less than a year later, the dust in my home was just as bad as before they “cleaned” them. I met Justin Williams through the Jax Success Network group here in Jacksonville. JSN has become my go-to network for trusted home improvement professionals. Justin came out today and cleaned my A/C ducts, and while the service cost a little more, the quality and attention to detail were easily 3 times better than the previous company. I’ve learned that cheap service usually leads to cheap results. Had I hired Noble Heating and Air the first time, I wouldn’t have wasted $500 on a shortcut job. They thoroughly explained their duct-cleaning process, and the scope of work was far more detailed and professional than what the other company performed. My home smells fresh, the airflow feels cleaner, and I finally feel like the ducts were cleaned the way they’re actually supposed to be done. Highly recommend Noble Heating and Air if you want quality work done right the first time.
