We had a wonderful experience with Willman Air! Jacob, the owner, was incredibly pleasant and professional both times I spoke with him on the phone. He was very helpful and made this process so easy. Brendan came out today to replace our compressor, and he was absolutely fantastic! He arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain everything and make sure the job was done correctly. He was respectful of our home and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Brendan represented Willman Air exceptionally well. His professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in his work really stood out. It’s clear that he cares about providing excellent service and is a great reflection of the company. We couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Willman Air and especially appreciate Jacob and Brendan for taking such great care of us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jacob and the Willman Air team are the absolute best! Aside from having my annual preventative maintenance program with them, I just had them change out my thermostats to smart thermostats. Also, had them change out my non-operational damper motors. The quality of work is outstanding and the crew are total professionals. You will not go wrong using Willman Air.
A Floridian’s worst nightmare is having your air conditioner stop running in the summer. I called Willman Air and Brenden was at my home a few hours later. He was extremely knowledgeable and had us back up and running in no time. I’ve had some shady people work on my ac in the past. I’ll will be a loyal Willman Air customer going forward. Brenden was fantastic. He seemed like an all around genuine person and is a true asset to Willman Air. 10/10 all day!
I cannot say enough good things about Jacob, the owner of Willman Air. From the moment I called, Jacob treated me like a VIP—not like just another Saturday service call. My AC stopped cooling in the middle of the Florida heat, and Jacob came out after hours, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the capacitor. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and explained everything clearly. Even with an after-hours visit, I never felt rushed or taken advantage of. What really blew me away was how far he went beyond simply fixing the immediate problem. Jacob knows I still need additional work done on the evaporator coils, and he’ll be coming back to take care of that. In the meantime, he actually went with me to pick up a portable AC unit and helped get it into my car so I wouldn’t be stuck miserable in the heat. That is next-level customer service. After dealing with HVAC experiences in the past that left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, finding Jacob felt like finding a saint in the middle of an AC nightmare. He was kind, honest, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. It’s rare anymore to find a business owner who personally goes this far for a customer. Jacob didn’t just repair my AC—he took a stressful situation and made it manageable. He has absolutely earned my trust and my future business. I feel completely comfortable having him come back to handle the evaporator coil work, and I would recommend Jacob and Willman Air without hesitation.
The company I bought my AC unit from came out for my first complimentary maintenance service and rather than maintain, the tech tried to upsell me. That is not a practice that should be accepted as normal, rather so, be seen as questionable and untrustworthy. I called Willman and was offered a maintenance package for $21 a month, including air filters and 2 visits a year. The feeling of trust has been established and I don’t worry about letting Willman techs into my home. Thank you for being the good guys.
