I am writing this feedback to express my sincere appreciation for Guardian Heating and Air. This company truly goes above and beyond to please its customers, and my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way, providing clear arrival and departure times so I never had to worry about when they would be at my home. The team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and integrity—they never cut corners and performed an efficient, high-quality job. I was especially impressed that they supplied pictures of their finished work, which gave me great confidence in the results. They expertly removed the old ductwork and installed new systems throughout my home, even while working in the very hot attic conditions. The workers were incredibly polite, punctual, and respectful. They carefully removed loads of old metal ductwork without causing any damage to my home. Their dedication was evident as they worked from sunrise to sunset, always ensuring my home was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.am Guardian Heating and Air is absolutely the best company I have ever encountered in this field. They delivered exactly as promised, and I will unquestionably use their services again in the future. If you’re looking to replace your ductwork, remember the name—GUARDIAN HEATING AND AIR. You won’t be disappointed! SPARKLE
The owner, Alex, came to our house and verified that our VERY old unit needed to be replaced. He spent time evaluating our entire system and provided us with 3 options, discussing what each of them offered. After we decided on which we wanted, we were able to schedule our install within just a couple of days. Ernie and Deunte came out to install, and were prompt, very courteous, and happy to answer any questions I had. Alex stopped back by at the end of the install day to make sure everything was right. Hoping that the new system is as high quality as it has been to work with Guardian!
Didn’t have to schedule an appointment a week out despite it being mid summer. They were able to see me same day even though I did request for the following day. Very satisfied with the service that was provided. Leo was the guy that came out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to identify and resolve our problem with ease. Looking forward to continuing my business with them.
I can't tell you how nice it is to have AC in your garage! Leo was very friendly, timely, and professional. He did exactly what I asked in helping with a mini-split installation. Thank you!
My AC broke in the middle of summer and Guardian Heating and Air had a brand new top of the line system installed in my home within 24 hours. Absolutely Amazing Service!!! I called multiple HVAC companies for help, however none addressed the problem more seriously or quickly as Guardian. Armando came to home, gave me an honest assessment of the problem and came up with a solution. Ernie and Jeremy were at my house the first thing the next morning and installed a new split heat pump system that day! System is up and running again and we are back to being cool in the summer heat. Very Much Appreciated! 100% recommend this team of professionals!
