I called Velocity flow because my AC went out after less than 2 years. They scheduled an appointment the following day between 11-12 and nobody showed up and no phone call. I called them about 12:30 and they said the person was just finishing up and would be at our house soon. I had a 1:30 dr appointment and I had to cancel. About 2pm i called and they said he would be at my house about 4pm. He showed about 3:40pm. The part was covered by Trane and the technician said he called Nick and he was supposed to charge me $275. I then called Nick and he said he would charge me $215. I said what is your service call charge and he said $125. The tech took maybe 10 minutes to fix the AC. Apparently they don't have set pricing. Stay away from this company. I will be looking for another AC company that is certified by Trane.
Nick came over to the house and flushed the AC system and left me and my family with a present we appreciate your accurate work and high quality service 👏 AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALLL COSTS
I paid cash for a 3 ton unit for the outside and a 3 ton unit for the inside air handler I received a 2 1/2 ton unit for the inside air handler.Ive had nothing but issues for the year I've had the units. I called Nate 8/2/2025 to let him know the drain pipe in my attic was leaking through my ceiling. He said he will get someone out to my house that day which was saturday. Today Monday the 4th and water has ruined the paint on my wall, and water is leaking on my couch.Ive been very patient with this company for two weeks now. I have been going back and forth with them trying to get my unit fixed and its still not fixed and it has messed up my wall and my couch. This is ridiculous. Soooo very disappointed.!!
Velocity Flow box truck drives extremely aggressively and disobeys traffic laws.
Nic and Amber were very professional. Had my old aircon replaced and they were able to have it done the following day. I got a 5-ton Trane HVAC and was able to get a reasonable rate considering it was installed the following day. I had a slight problem with the power turning off after a few hours but they came over and fix it with a minor adjustment very quickly. It’s been more than a week after installation and we are very happy with the work.
