I have used Velocity Flow for all of my properties and have referred the company to my family and friends and by far Nick and his crew do phenomenal work. I've had several companies such as the Air Doctors come and provide me quotes for a 5 ton unit and their prices were astronomical. Velocity Flow offers the best service and prices in the HVAC industry and we have been loyal to Velocity Flow for over 7 years now. When a unit is down and it is under warranty, Nick goes above and beyond to replace the unit or the parts for it. If a part is on back order, he will do his best to figure out a temporary solution to keep the property at a comfortable temperature. If you're looking for an HVAC company that will not rip you off, call Velocity Flow. You will not be disappointed.
Velocity Flow Inc. provided outstanding service during an urgent HVAC situation at our pediatric office. They responded promptly, were professional throughout the entire process, and understood the importance of getting the office back up and running as quickly as possible. Their team quickly installed a new unit, communicated clearly, and completed the work efficiently with minimal disruption. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. I greatly appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. I highly recommend Velocity Flow Inc. to anyone looking for a dependable and trustworthy HVAC company.
Nick came over to the house and flushed the AC system and left me and my family with a present we appreciate your accurate work and high quality service 👏 AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALLL COSTS
I called Velocity flow because my AC went out after less than 2 years. They scheduled an appointment the following day between 11-12 and nobody showed up and no phone call. I called them about 12:30 and they said the person was just finishing up and would be at our house soon. I had a 1:30 dr appointment and I had to cancel. About 2pm i called and they said he would be at my house about 4pm. He showed about 3:40pm. The part was covered by Trane and the technician said he called Nick and he was supposed to charge me $275. I then called Nick and he said he would charge me $215. I said what is your service call charge and he said $125. The tech took maybe 10 minutes to fix the AC. Apparently they don't have set pricing. Stay away from this company. I will be looking for another AC company that is certified by Trane. Update7/7/26- look at the reply from Velocity Flow. It's basically a formed response. If they really cared they would have standard set pricing. Calling from a Job to what they should charge is just bullshit. I'm not sure why Ashley Homes would even use this company.
Velocity Air did an excellent job repairing my unit. Nick fixed an exposed wire on the outside unit quickly and efficiently. He was timely, professional, and very friendly. He also left the area neat and clean, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Velocity Air—and Nick—for reliable and quality service.
