Technician came out at the end of a 5 hour window. Could not determine what the issue was. Input 4 lbs of freon for 320.00. AC worked overnight and went back out. Called company back and they wanted me to wait another 5 days in this Florida heat. I called another company and they found a leak and repaired it. AC is running great now. I originally gave 5 stars because I thought AC was okay and technician was nice. AC only worked one day and freon was empty.
Wonderful company – – wonderful Technician!! The technician was able to find the issue with my air conditioner right away. He also looked at a few other things that I had concerns about. I was very pleased with the visit and the expertise of the technician. If I have problems in the future, I know who I will want to call.
Justin Salmon was very courteous and knowledgeable. Showed the utmost respect to my family and home. Explained the diagnosis in detail and made the repair expeditiously. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a Stellar HVAC Technician. Thanks Again
Malcolm from United Air Temp was fantastic! He arrived right on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and provided top-notch customer service. He fixed my A/C issue without wasting a single minute and took the time to clearly explain the problem to me. After a miserable week without cool air, I can finally relax and enjoy my weekend. Thank you, Malcolm and United Air Temp, for the fast and excellent service!
Gerald is the technician who has helped us out on more than one occasion, both for regular maintenance and for emergency service. Every time he has come to assist us, he has been incredibly kind, respectful, honest, and full of integrity. We really appreciate having a technician that we can trust coming to our home and helping us, so we specifically request for him to assist us whenever he has availability.
