Thigpen Heating and Cooling

I called on a Saturday morning. Awoke with AC not running. Service call answered immediately. I had a return call within the hour to set appointment. Tech made it to my home by mid morning as we had discussed. Had problem taken care of quickly. No cost to me at this time. Had Thigpen here several times in last month. Always excellent service. Staff pleasant to work with and informative on issues being taken care of.

Thigpen was able to come out shortly after calling for service. Will arrived on schedule and was very professional. He was able to identify the issue and had it resolved quickly. I feel the cost of repair was fair. We have been using Thigpen for several years, have been very happy with their work, and would recommend them.

Great service! Our technician showed up the same day with short notice to make a repair to our system. The technician was able to figure out the error quickly and made a repair to our system that will keep our home cool and comfortable in the future. Thanks Thigpen!

Wyatt was great! Very thorough and patient with explaining everything. Detailed and prompt on communication with when he would be arriving. The office was super helpful as well. Would highly recommend Thigpen to anyone and everyone!
