My experience with Dr.Earl was look no other! Very professional yet warming and welcoming. Throughout my visit I felt very comfortable and informed on my current state and steps we’ll be taking to get me to full strength. Before leaving my appointment I felt confident and sure that I’ve received the best medical attention and sincere generosity I’ve experienced in my lifetime. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Therapy Works in Jacksonville, Florida, in hopes it may help others make a more informed decision. During my interactions with this business, I was met with an alarming level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from the owners themselves. As someone seeking support for deeply personal and sensitive issues, I expected to be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead of feeling heard or supported, I encountered a dismissive and condescending attitude that made me feel judged rather than helped. When I voiced a concern about a scheduling issue and attempted to address it calmly, the response I received was not only defensive but shockingly hostile. Rather than seeking to resolve the matter or show basic courtesy, the owners chose to belittle my concerns and speak to me in a tone that was completely inappropriate for any professional setting—let alone a therapeutic one. What’s most troubling is that these individuals are at the helm of a mental health practice—an environment that should be built on empathy and trust. Their behavior was not only disappointing but deeply unsettling, and it calls into question the ethical standards of the business as a whole. I would not recommend Therapy Works to anyone seeking a safe, respectful, and client-centered therapeutic experience. I came to see Dr. Earl for chronic lower back and hip pain. At my first appointment he took the time to explain to me throughout the session what the cause of my pain likely was. His techniques for releasing muscle tightness are effective and he asks often to ensure you are comfortable. He prescribes home exercises that are easy to follow and will show you how to do them correctly at your session. I have only been twice and I am already seeing and feeling improvement. I find it so encouraging that we take before photos at the start of the session that show my poor alignment. At the end of the session we take after photos and it’s incredible to see the alignment corrected. I leave his office feeling better each time. My only regret is I didn’t come to see him sooner. I am also a health care professional and will be recommending him to my patients in the future. I have been very impressed with his level of expertise and look forward to more sessions and my continued healing with his help.

My experience with Dr. Earl was / is the best. He's one who LISTEN. Then shares his thoughts about ways to improve your condition. Very thorough in explaining the structure of the back using pictures and layman's terminology . He's not afraid to touch you and give you the deep tissue massage. I recommend Dr. Earl to you for the best treatment for pain and wellness. Thank you Dr. Earl!
