Jacob and his wife were beyond exceptional. Not only did he help our son rehab successfully but he equipped him to continue building and improving. Thankful for Jacob and would gladly recommend him to others.
My experience at Optimize has been the best I’ve had in any physical therapy setting. From the very first session, Jacob carefully listened to the issues I was experiencing and drew up a plan to tackle them. He also took the time to thoroughly explain how different movements and muscle groups were affecting my knee, ensuring I had a clear understanding before moving forward with the treatment plan. I’ve experienced significant improvements in both pain and mobility since my first session. Jacob’s expertise and attentive approach made him awesome to work with, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking high-quality physical therapy care!
I came to Jacksonville from Colorado Springs just eight weeks after total knee replacement surgery. I was a wreck by the time I got to Jacksonville having driven my RV for six days. Had it not been for Jacob, I am convinced I would’ve had a stiff knee all my life. So thankful that I found him. He was truly a God-send and helped me get my range of motion back. In addition, he provided me with exercises to perform until I get home. I would highly recommend Jacob. He is fantastic!
Jacob was very knowledgeable in helping me recover from shin splints. He was also very adaptable in the way each session went as he knew it wasn’t one size fits all. I would recommend him to to anyone for sports related injuries as he definitely knows what he’s doing!!
Jacob is an excellent therapist and thorough in evaluating & providing excellent treatment. Highly recommend for any issues you may have from injury care thru sports performance.
