The Intro to Neuromuscular Therapy class at Massage in Session exceeded my expectations! Even though it was an all-day experience, it genuinely didn’t feel like it—the combination of hands-on training, thoughtful instruction, and the overall care put into the class made the time breeze by! Crystal is a powerhouse and absolutely amazing. Her personality is magnetic and really lights up the room. Her depth of knowledge is undeniable and it definitely shows in the way she instructs. She has a way of teaching that makes everything feel approachable, practical, and easy to integrate into your work. She doesn’t just demonstrate techniques— she makes sure you understand them, feel them, and can confidently apply them. And I have to shout out her husband Shawn—he was incredibly helpful in breaking down specific techniques and giving us that extra support after the main instruction. You can tell they truly care about making sure you get it, not just sit through it. I’m already looking forward to coming back for the next advanced training. 10/10 highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Key’ondra was and is a fantastic therapist. She found a good majority of the spots that were hurting and facilitated such ease and relief half way through the session. I’m quite picky when it comes to a therapeutic touch. From the location and vibe of the facility to Key’ondra’s professionalism and attentiveness as I explained my areas of concern and preferred pressure, which was consistently firm and deep if I may add, she truly exceeded my expectations. I found this place on my way to the dentist. Basically, on a whim but I will definitely be back. Thank you, Key’ondra, for providing me with such an excellent experience.
I was referred to Massage in Session for TMJ pain that I was experiencing for about a month. Shawn did an amazing job massaging my upper back, neck and jaw muscle. I left with immediate relief. Highly recommended!
The Massage in Session team is amazing! Everyone is professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Kelly and Shawn have both been exceptional and always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and expertise truly set this place apart. This is definitely my favorite massage spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality massage therapy and outstanding customer service!
I recently went to see Shawn for intense upper back/neck pain that I have been dealing with for about a month. And after one session with him I was relieved of that pain! I didnt wake up with neck pain or a headache. I will definitely be coming back for more work! ❤️
