After 24 years, my old system finally gave out-and every quote I received was shockingly high. Then a family member recommended Superior Heating and Air, and wow, what a difference. From the moment I spoke with Gerry, I knew I’d found the right company. Not only was the quote fair, he even set up a temporary unit so we wouldn’t spend another day without air. That alone blew me away. When installation day came, Elijah, Eric and Jose absolutely crushed it. They were professional, friendly, and worked together like a dream team. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Superior truly lives up to their name- I’d recommend them to everyone.
Gerry, Eli, and the entire team did an amazing job replacing our AC unit! They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and they walked us through everything afterward so we knew exactly how the new system worked. They also left the area spotless when they were finished. We truly appreciated their excellent communication and attention to detail and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement!
I purchased a brand new unit. Had the old one for 23 yrs. They came and installed in one day. A great team that did great work. highly recommended. Hope this last as long as the last one.
We have been using Superior for over 5 years now and highly recommend. Timely service, honest and fair price. Elijah is professional, thorough, polite and does. A great job! He is also ok with our old dog trying to supervise.
We used another company to put the AC/Heat unit in. I always felt that we overpaid the other company for it. Now, we have called Superior AC on both units that we have in our home for repair. We paid minimum cost to get both fixed. We weren't overcharged at all. I would recommend Superior to EVERYONE!
