Southern Comfort Heating & Air Inc

Date: Spring 2026 Note: HIGHLY recommend; small local businesses with professional work at ethically reasonable prices Now a days, it is difficult to find companies that provide both great service with a straight-forward recommended scope-of-work at great prices. That is exactly what you will find with Bill at Southern Comfort. He will not only troubleshoot the obvious issue and solution, but look over your system/set up to ensure he doesn't provide a "band-aid" fix. When we first started having issues with our HVAC system, we reached out to the original installer since we had a decent experience with them many years ago. They sent out a tech that seemed bothered to be there, spewing out services/prices before looking at the whole system. We had to point out things to him that were bad which he blamed on user-error (insisting we had the the fan set to on not auto). When we reached out to Bill, the experience was completely different from the first call to the end of the service. He troubleshot the issues we had, looked over the entire system/setup and talked us through everything he found, including how the original installer did not use proper duct/supplies which affected the system. He provided a scope of work with his professional opinion on prioritization and timelines. His prices were reasonable, unlike other companies that either provide subpar service or upcharge you to get decent service. We will be reaching out to Southern Comfort again when we are in need of HVAC services!

My Family has being doing business will Southern Comfort for many years, and Mr. Bill has treated us well. New 4 Ton installed in January 2019 at our home and New 2 Ton System installed at Daughter’s Home, in 2022.. I highly recommend his company for your Air Conditioning needs!😃

This is an exceptional heating and air company. They spent almost an entire workday troubleshooting why my unit kept triggering a breaker. Had to dig up an old wiring component in the ground by the outside unit. Left no stone unturned and figured it out. I was very impressed, especially with their pricing. Highly recommend them!

Immediate, friendly service was exactly what I received that day. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thanks for coolin us down
