These guys are the real deal. I needed a new AC company after the guy that I used in the past and trusted, retired. Luckily it was a family-owned business, and the owner didn't change his number after he retired so I was able to get a referral from him. I called on a Monday before noon and the owner explained that he was out on a job in Middleburg but he could come to my location on the Northside later that afternoon. It is a family-owned business so he and his son arrived shortly after 3pm and quickly diagnosed my problem and checked to see if it was still under warranty. Lucky for me it was so all I had to pay was a warranty fee and labor. The fact that he checked for a warranty shows that he is not only knowledgeable but honest as well because I assumed that since I had the unit installed in 2019, any warranty would have expired. I prefer smaller family-owned businesses because I find that some of the larger more commercial companies are more into sales than repair. If you need a competent, honest AC repair company, Roberts Heating & Air is the way to go.

After getting quotes from a few other companies, I was shocked to find that they charged me less than half of what others were asking—without cutting corners on quality. It’s not often you find that kind of fairness these days. They’re a family-owned business, and it truly shows in the way they treat their customers. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, they took the time to explain everything and made sure the job was done right. They replaced my compressor efficiently and got my system up and running again in no time. What an awesome company! David came and assessed the issues with my HVAC system. And thankfully was able to repair it for me. He replaced many parts and got it up and running in one day. He was a God send for me. This is a company with integrity that doesn’t try to up sell you on a new unit. I am truly thankful for David and Robert’s Heating and A/C. David and the team at Roberts Heating and Air Conditioning have been absolutely wonderful to work with and are a company you can count on. Almost 3 years ago I had them install a new unit at my home. Recently, I've had some trouble with the unit. David has come out and taken care of everything. All I had to do is call and everything has been covered under their warranty. If you are looking for a company with integrity who has excellent prices, you really don't need to look any further. David is a heating and air expert, his crew are all good guys who are experts themselves, and you never have to worry if your unit will be covered with a warranty that is actually backed fully by the manufacturer and Roberts Heating & Air. The customer service they offer is the best in the business. I recommend them wholeheartedly and I couldn't be happier to work with them and have them on my side.
I called David Robert before Christmas requesting service. Despite his busy schedule, he assisted and figured out the issue quickly on phone and ordered the replacement parts and as soon as they arrived after Christmas, Brian was at our house this noon had us all fixed up in 10 minutes. He was very informative on what needed to be done. He was very meticulous in his work and patiently explained the issues. Very knowledgeable, Friendly, Honest and Professional.
