Revive Rehab is precious resource in the greater Jacksonville area! I have experienced long-lasting pain relief in multiple areas and received a thorough understanding of the sources of the pain. Tara Thompson-Merlo is simply amazing and her skill with the Dolphin system is unsurpassed. I highly recommend their excellent PT, OT and Myofascial release!!

I am so thankful for Revive Rehab! I have never had any migraine relief with other therapies or medications I have tried. With Andrew, one of the therapists, I actually have some relief! I look forward to my appointments with Revive Rehab!
I am so grateful for Darly and her wonderful staff. I have multiple physical issues including scoliosis and have experienced relief from this practice that I was unable to get through medication, massage or chiropractic care. I had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy with reconstruction surgery. I had severe scar tissue after my surgery that was very painful. I asked my Plastic Surgeon to refer me to Revive Rehab because I knew they offered Myofascial Release Therapy. Darly has worked miracles on my scar tissue and I am no longer in pain. If you have had any kind of surgery you need to come to Revive Rehab and as soon as possible so they can help you while you are in the healing process! And if you can't make it that soon...get to them as soon as you can. I wish I had started seeing her right after my surgery and I am still glad I am working with her now! They do more than MRT! They do OT and PT as well!
