THIS is the place to go for rehabilitation! I will be the first to admit I judged a book by its cover because of the building. BUT!!!! They have a staff that cares about the individual which is very hard to find these days. Lindsey (sp? Forgive me) behind the desk brings joy to your day even when she is having a bad one. I have not found physical therapy to help in 15yrs. They did! Thank you everyone. Thank you! I was almost always at a 9, now I am almost always between a 2-4 in the area we worked on. About 3 months treatment. (This is not a promise to you of course, everyone is different. I did Allll the *homework*)

I was referred to RRPT by my insurance company for an old sports injury that hit aggravated again. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the receptionist, to all of the girls who train us, to the owner, and all were present and hands on to ensure I had a successful experience! Feeling better! Thank you to you all! Def would come back if I need rehab was necessary for any injuries! And I got a sweet gym shirt on the way out!
Nothng was wrong here, but I am not sure if PT still applies to my diagnoses or not, now that I have had an MRI. The issue appears to be nerve related, and they said the issue was always going to happen to me at some point as it was caused by genetics. So I'm thinking this means I could never have prevented this with exercise or posture or anything like that. Before the MRI results I was assuming I must have had bad posture before this pain to cause it. Since insurance wasn't going to cover anymore PT, after I had an MRI done, maybe that means they saw the MRI results before me and decided PT wouldn't apply to my situation. Since the Dr didn't say anything about restarting PT, or trying to convince insurance to cover more PT, after going over MRI results, I'm just thinking now that PT must not apply to my situation. It certainly didn't hurt anything, and they didn't do anything wrong. With the new information, I am now waiting for a new medication, and then an actual nerve test will be setup and will see what happens.
I really enjoy the staff, they are fun and encouraging. The facility is clean and well maintained. They can always manage to work around my always changing schedule. I’m confident with the therapy I am receiving.
It was an excellent therapy with Ms. Kiki & Ms. Claudia. I felt like they care & were always attentive to my needs. Mr. Arthur & Ms. Lindsey welcomed me every time as it was the first, very well & caring. I recommend them for your needs, A+. Thanks, Rx.
