Rebound Rehabilitation - St. Augustine

I had a great experience at Rebound Rehabilitation after my knee replacement revision. What stood out most was how they tailored everything to me.  They incorporated things like pressure wave therapy and an electric knee glide to improve range of motion. On days when my knee felt extra stiff, they adjusted the session so I could still make progress without overdoing it. They also helped me dial in a stretching routine that made my knee feel better instead of worse. I noticed real improvements in flexibility and strength, and everyday things like walking, stairs and tying my shoes have become easier. The encouragement and consistency from the entire staff helped immensely when I was frustrated with myself. I recommend Rebound Rehabilitation for all your physical therapy needs!

This facility is clean, well kept and has very knowledgeable and competent staff. My physical therapist, Riley, was excellent at accessing my problem and immediately worked to help me relieve my stiffness and learn exercises that will help me heal. She also massaged a muscle in my upper back that lessened my pain. After that I had a laser session to help the blood vessels. All this was followed up with a detailed daily routine on my phone that reminds me to do my exercises. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs real help!

I love Rebound! The staff is very good very knowledgeable, and helpful. We always have a good time. Michael Mertzer is amazing so it is Baily and even the staff that just helps out with getting your heating pads or the college students who come to do their in house Study at Rebound, everyone is excellent. Thank you for a great experience. Riley is so knowledgeable. She knew I was nervous because I had 2 surgeries in my neck. She and her staff are very helpful. I will continue going to Rebound. I know they will be helpful.
