Austin was excellent to work with throughout my physical therapy. He took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my goals, and tailor my treatment to my specific needs. What stood out most was how informative our sessions were. He didn't just give me exercises to do—he explained their purpose and how they would help my recovery. I learned a great deal from our conversations, which gave me more confidence in the process. Austin also paid close attention to my progress and adjusted my exercises as needed to help me continue moving forward. I had knee surgery August 2025. Got referred to Stars Rehab WGV. Rick was my Physical therapist. Just wanted to say that he was really great with helping me get back to fully walking again. The whole staff at Stars Rehab WGV are really nice. Thanks again.
I needed therapy for my back and left side. I have been to numerous physical therapist before and by four the best result that I have gotten was from Rick Conway at stars. He was extremely confident, patient and a great teacher. I would recommend him to anybody needing therapy.
I was very pleased with Rick my PT! After 6 visits I’m continuing to function with no pain! Rick gave me some exercises to do on a daily regiment which helps me function better! Thanks to everyone at Stars your the best😊😊
