I started working with Dr. Alex Hill during the third trimester of my second pregnancy, and now that I'm in the postpartum phase, I can honestly say my experience with her has been fantastic. She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She helped me work through severe SI pain during pregnancy, prepare for labor, and now, on the other side, navigate postpartum recovery and healing. I'm so grateful that I found her practice. Even my experience with postpartum physical therapy has been night and day compared to the larger practice I worked with after my first delivery. I know I can bring any concern or issue to her, and she'll take the time to work through it with me and help me find a solution. I HIGHLY recommend her!

I discovered OncoPelvic PT by chance after a lengthy and exhausting struggle with pelvic floor disfunction. After several months of treatment, I’m feeling better than I have in very long time. Alex is an absolute expert in her field with a heart of gold. Working with her has given me back the autonomy that I felt like I’d lost to PFD. When I experience a sudden flare up, I don’t panic the way I once did because of how assured I am that Alex is equipped to help me through any and every possible hurdle. I have never worked with a medical professional as knowledgeable or as empathetic as Alex. She moves through the exercises with me, thoroughly explaining every step of the way what we’re doing and why, which muscle groups we’re working and how it will help. She truly listens to my (many) questions and always has a thoughtful response or solution. I’m thankful all the time that I started treatment with her!

Dr. Hill is AMAZING! I started seeing her during my third trimester and will be seeing her again once I’m 6 weeks postpartum. She was so invested in my pregnancy and doing whatever she could to help birth/recovery be as smooth as possible. I was initially nervous about seeing a pelvic floor therapist due to how personal the appointments are, but she always made me feel super relaxed and I enjoyed our sessions! I delivered an OP baby with only a first degree tear (my first pregnancy) and I genuinely think the delivery went smoothly due to the prep work I did with Dr. Hill. If you are pregnant and preparing for giving birth, I highly recommend going here!
