After trying several AC companies around Jacksonville, Northport is now my go-to. They did a deep cleaning of my HVAC system and ductwork, disassembling and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the entire unit, cleaning and sealing every vent and boot, flushing the drainage system, replacing the float switch, and installing a new filter door. Meticulous work throughout. Alen was responsive, flexible, and reasonably priced, and genuinely took care of me. I trust these guys completely and think they’re the best you’ll find in the area. Highly recommend.
Able to get a service call for general HVAC servicing quickly. There were no upsale attempts on our 20+ year old units. The service call charge and a separate coil clean fee was fair. The employees we dealt with (Toby and Chad) were friendly and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to call on NorthPort for our HVAC needs in the future. So glad to have found them!
I was out of town and my daughter was home when the AC went out and the house got up to 80°— on a weekend- in the middle of a final World Cup game. I gave her the number to call and you sent someone out immediately and the AC was fixed within an hour! Customer service is always excellent- and my house cold the way I like it!

Very professional and responsive so far. Our install wasn't an easy one and several companies even refused to do it. That shows the quality of the install crews and their knowledge.
