We’ve been using this company for years . One year, we use a different company because Northeast did not have the AC unit that we wanted. So, for a couple years we went to that compsny for maintenance also. But I am glad that we are back to Northeast. The company has been here since long time, a family owned company and the staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. We have 2 units and we are signed up with their program 2x/year maintenance. We are always happy with their service.
Hunter was the Northeast Florida Heat and AC technician who came to service my air conditioner today. He was thorough and meticulous while evaluating the issues with my system. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs, they are reasonably priced and know what they’re doing. Today Jeremie Sr did the repair. He was well organized with his work. The air conditioner is working great now in both cool and heat modes. I highly recommend Northeast Florida Heating and Air, Inc. Today, I had an issue with my air handler unit, Dylan, from North East Florida Heating and Air, Inc. responded to check out the problem promptly. He quickly found the issue and had us up and running again. I highly recommend Northeast Florida Heating and Air, Inc. Today Joel came to install a part that determined faulty by Dylan. System working like new again! Jeremie Sr. Added some refrigerant and now air conditioner is cooling like normal.
This team was so professional! They arrived on-time, cleaned up as they went from room to room. Very efficient. Explained what they were doing and showed my unit before and after the service. What a difference! Highly recommend!
