NorthBank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing

The Activities Director at this nursing home does an amazing job creating a fun, caring, and welcoming environment for the residents. The activities are always well-organized, engaging, and planned with the residents’ happiness and well-being in mind. From games and music to holiday events and social gatherings, there is always something enjoyable for everyone to participate in. The staff is patient, friendly, and truly cares about keeping the residents active, involved, and smiling. You can tell a lot of effort and love goes into making each activity special, and it really makes a positive difference in the atmosphere of the facility.

This was my first time at NorthBank Center. I went to visit a church member and her husband. It was a very nice facility. The room that I visited was welcoming, but the most important comments came from the residents that was there to visit. They spoke highly of the staff and indicated that they are happy where they are.

North Bank center is an amazing facility! My significant other had a medical emergency on mother's day 2026 and landed in the local hospital ICU for 30 days before her insurance made her get transferred to another hospital, where she was supposed to get rehabilitation, during her time at that hospital they got her breathing on her own but did nothing else to help her before being discharged against my wishes. ( Due to her insurance.) She was discharged to North Bank and I thank God they were able to accept her! We are still there, and since being admitted her recovery has been phenomenal!!!! We still have a long road ahead of us, and with the help from all of the staff there we are improving more and more every day. I would like to thank all of their doctors, nurses, nursing aides/assistants, therapists, and office staff for the constant work with her and communication with with our family during our time of need. I definitely recommend North Bank Center and wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.

This is Rosella . I am currently a patient at Northbank. I have been here since April and my stay has been very pleasant. Before discharging next week I want to thank the team at Northbank. Therapy has been wonderful came in not walking and Im leaving walking thanks to Jojo, Jamie, Tracy, Maite ,Sean, Monica and Kyla in therapy and the activity girls Maria and Lattimore along with Jamie. I also want to thank Nursing department Mrs. Roberts, Constance, Nick, Chilli. I will miss y'all very much. And a special shout out to Josh the administrator and Remy the DON.
