Dr Anton helped me get strength back to my hip flexors. His workouts were progressively challenging and each was varied to make it interesting. My leg pain decreased through strength. I referred my daughter to him for PT. They don’t accept insurance, but results matter more to me. Definitely recommend.

I’m a repeat patient at Motion Rx and I truly can’t recommend them enough. My first visit was for a lower back/hip issue and the results have held strong for over a year. More recently, I worked with Dr. Shyami for pelvic floor physical therapy, and it has genuinely been life changing. That may sound dramatic, but it’s absolutely true. I thought for sure there was no fixing my PF issue. But thanks to her care, I’ve been able to enjoy running again without constant worry about PF issues, something I’ve struggled with for decades. I have brought two sons to Motion Rx for sports related knee injuries. The exercises are individually tailored and actually heal the body, no cookie cutter programs. Drs Rafael, Justin, and Anton were all great to work with. Both times my sons were able to return to wrestling after worrying they’d miss the season. They’re also personable and connect with kids well. Highly recommend!
