Jimmy K. was very knowledgeable and attentive while installing my new complete Carrier system. He maintained a very clean environment and even called me the evening of the install, and the day after, to ensure I was satisfied and everything was working properly. I am very pleased with the service.
I called, scheduled an appointment, and the technician showed up right on time. He worked his magic, and just 31 minutes later, VOILA! The AC was up and running. Mike was respectful of my home, took the time to explain what he was doing, and offered helpful recommendations on how to better care for my unit. The pricing was extremely fair, and I truly felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. This company clearly demonstrates integrity and professionalism. Thank you very much!
We worked with Marco heating & Air Conditioning to replace our old AC. From the quote to final install to them registering the new units was a very simple process. Very freindly staff, easy to schedule. Install crew called with ETA, install was great and verified everthing was installed and cleaned up at the end. Very happy with our new HVAC system.
