Lift Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Tim at Lift. I used Tim for strength training and posture correction. His knowledge and expertise can’t be beat. Very personable and stable. Can’t speak enough about how great he’s been.

Tim’s therapy (Lift PT) is excellent. He listens, observes and makes the best decisions to treat my issues. His exercises have helped me in just a few sessions. Tim does in-house PT and this is extremely convenient for me. I would highly recommend Lift PT to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about the Physical Therapy service Tim has provided me over the past 3 weeks. Besides the convenience of him coming to our home, he brings all he needs with him - including his own table (although I prefer a yoga mat on the floor) and you get one on one instruction for a solid hour. I told him I wanted him to work me hard and that's exactly what he's doing. I was a little sore after the first session but being pretty diligent about doing my "homework" in between sessions has remedied that. He has also been very good about developing a program for me that complements my existing swim and gym routines. While I felt a difference after the second week, the real kicker was when some friends came over the other day and remarked that my gate (walking) was noticeably more symmetrical and steady !
