Leggett Heating & Air is truly a 5-star company! After four years of ongoing problems with our HVAC system—our upstairs not cooling properly and moisture around the ceiling vents—we had spent thousands of dollars with the company that originally installed and serviced our system. On their last visit, they told us we needed an entirely new HVAC unit. That’s when I called Leggett, a company I had used and trusted in our previous home. Within minutes, their technician found the problem. It was a relatively simple fix that should have been done when the system was originally installed. Since Leggett fixed it, our air has worked perfectly! Leggett has experienced, knowledgeable technicians who operate with integrity. Instead of selling us a new system we didn’t need, they fixed the actual problem for essentially the cost of a service call. It’s refreshing to find a company you can truly trust. Leggett has earned our business, and they will be the only HVAC company we use from now on. Highly recommend!
My experience with Leggett Heating and Air and especially their technician, Mike, was outstanding. Mike showed up on time, fixed the problem, was efficient and offered excellent advice on a related problem. I have always had great service from Leggett. Increasingly, our local businesses have been bought up by national firms and I think local businesses are more likely to provide exceptional service. Leggett provided that exceptional service.
Great company! Our system went out and needed to be replaced. Leggett was able to get all the parts in and do the replacement very quickly. My family was very happy to come home to a cool house. Prices were very fair and the technicians were professional and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for AC work.
Fantastic service by Leggett again. My wife was very impressed by Adam - showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, implemented the fix and A/C was blowing cold again on a 95 degree day. Recommended Leggett to a coworker whose A/C went out the next day - again Adam showed up and my coworker was telling me how great the service was the next day. Well done!
I was refered to Leggett by my insurance agent when I was changing providers and the new allowances for wiring types were no longer in line with my 120-year-old hstoric home. Mike (the owner) was super attentive to our needs and the homes well-being. The crew that did the work- they are TOP NOTCH. It's rare these days to find good people and good providers and here is no different, we didnt find a good provider, we found an outstanding provider.
