I have nothing but amazing things to say!! Helpful, kind, and honest. I was quoted for a replacement by another company….. called Jenkins AC and they sent out Garret (who was kind, very informed and easy to talk to) for an estimate, turns out all I needed was a repair and some maintenance! They saved me over 10k. So grateful. I’ll never call anyone else.

Garrett R, the technician that serviced my unit called me on my home phone and told me my unit was impacted. He tried to charge my 56 year old uncle $600 to clean it. Later, I called Jenkins Heating and Air to ask about my impacted unit, the guy on the phone told me everything was fine with my unit. He even checked the last work order and it said the same thing. I asked was that strange for his technician to call me and say that without putting it on the work order. He agreed, please watch out for these technicians. Some of the are shady!!!

Had my blower motor go out in the middle of the night at the hottest time of the year. Jenkins had the technician out to my house and the issue fixed before noon. Everyone was friendly and they explained exactly what was going on.
