Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab Center

I am so grateful for the people and services offered by Jacksonville Nursing. My Sis has lived there for a year and she will tell anyone that ask how she is loved and taken care of. While it was a hard decision to leave my Sis there, I know this is the best place she can be. They go above and beyond their calling to care for others. If there is any issues with Pat, they are reaching out to share and help me make any decisions as to her care. Thank you.

I really was handled with respect. The physical therapy team is the greatest individuals ever. I went to the Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab after falling down 15 stairs. This fall created 3 fractured areas in my back. Tomorrow I will be going back home feeling better and learning that I if I need to come back that the therapy cheerleaders will always be here!! My experience with the nursing home was not perfect but you can see that from the CNAs, nurses and upper management they all want you to feel safe and seen after. Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab Thank you for being there for me. I will always remember that I am always welcomed and that is a great feeling.

I had the pleasure of having both my maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather stay at Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab Center, and I was truly impressed with the level of care they received. The staff was attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that any concern was addressed quickly and with genuine care. I’m grateful for the support and dedication shown to my family during their time there.

We are very happy with the care mom is receiving. Everyone we have come in contact with has been friendly, professional and kind. Mom is happy and thriving, and that's the most important thing. Every time we go to see her, she says, "I love this place!". That's a ringing endorsement!
