After noticing a decline in air quality, I decided to have my ducts and vents cleaned. The technician arrived promptly and worked efficiently, explaining each step. Within an hour, the improvement was noticeable. Breathing feels easier, and the house even smells fresher. Highly recommend!
After the technicians coordinated with building management, it took around two hours to remove the whole A/C system and label each component properly for reassembly. It was a systematic way to head off any possible trouble, and set the stage for a clean re-install down the road.
When my air stopped working, they arrived swiftly, diagnosing and fixing the issue within an hour.
Jacksonville Air Conditioning & Heating is a dependable company. They were prompt in their response and swiftly fixed our system. Fantastic follow-up and communication. For my AC needs, I will always rely on Jacksonville Air Conditioning & Heating.
Our air conditioner stopped working last night, out of the blue. After checking the usual suspects, we called cooks. I almost immediately got a call back from Craig. As it was staying a decent enough temp in our home ( cool night) he said he could make us his first call. And he did. Showed up on time, was very professional and efficient. Our machine is back up and running, in only an hour. Craig was very friendly and informative. I am so glad we chose Cook's too install and maintain our machine! Thank you, so much.
