⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ideal Conditions is outstanding! I have a relatively rare geothermal closed-loop HVAC system at my home in St. Augustine Beach. While it is has been very reliable for years, it suddenly stopped cooling one day. Before contacting Ideal Conditions, I had two other HVAC companies evaluate the issue. Neither was truly familiar with this geothermal technology, and both arrived at incorrect diagnoses that would have resulted in significant unnecessary expense, wasted time, and ultimately not resolved the core problem. Despite an extremely busy schedule, the owner Tom personally came out from Jacksonville on short notice to help. His expertise was immediately apparent. After a thorough evaluation, he correctly identified the problem as a faulty circuit board. He was able to bypass the failed component and restore my system to full operation in less than an hour.
