Lauren P.T. is phenomenal. Mike is excellent. Both helped me tremendously help get to my goals of relieving pain and maximizing function of my joint. I was there 2x a week for 10 weeks. I can't say enough good words about this team. The place is cool, clean and decent equipment. But what really mattered to me was the knowledge and skill of the rehab team. I was working with a previous PT and they pale in comparison to H2 Health Beach boulevard team of Lauren and Mike. I am so glad I found them.

Clean and comfortable facility with very knowledge and friendly therapists. Mike and Lauren are attentive and very knowledgeable in getting me on track to make the most out of my physical therapy. They were always challenging me to get the best results. I would highly recommend H2 at Jax Beach.
Love these guys! Mike and Lauren are the best! Fixed my 8 month bout with Plantar Faciitis in 2 months. Don't wait! The sooner you start, the sooner you're fixed!🙂
I haven't had the best experience at this clinic. The first day working with Lauren was great. But after a few sessions I was left mostly on my own to do the exercises. I noticed the therapists spend most of their time on the computer. I was injured at my last session. If you want a clinic with attentive therapists who give personalized care do not go to this clinic.
Mike and Lauren did an amazing job to get me back to 100% after a full knee replacement surgery. Their expertise and friendly support kept me going through the weeks of physical therapy. Their wide range of equipment is also top notch. Very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend H2 Beaches for any physical therapy needs.
