H2 Health Physical Therapy

Yesterday I got extremely positive news that I had been cleared to go back to work with no limitations . I consider this a huge win win because my physical and mental health are back where they were before I had my accident. The staff at H2 health southside has been everything and more than I could have expected. I was given the knowledge, focus and clarity I needed to move forward with my life . Honestly I can say I couldn't have done this without them. I am actually going to miss my sessions there for many reasons and I'm very excited I can now move forward with my life as if this accident had never happened. If I could rate this on physical therapist alone it would get 5, no 10 stars. Matt has been the best physical therapist I have ever had and I've been in and out of PT for well over a decade at this point. The reason for the 1 star review is entirely for the billing department and how shady this chain is run. I went there for 3 months, only paying a copay (which is normal for PT). Out of nowhere I get told I have a several hundred dollar bill past due and that I couldn't receive care until it was paid. Turns out this office chain bills as outpatient hospital to get more money out of their patients, when their location is in a strip mall next to a nail salon, sushi place, and a Starbucks. Their billing department is super unprofessional. They wouldn't answer calls and when they did they said they would call back. Turns out they like to handle issues via text. So I've been having to text novels back and forth to their billing department. For months... Every time I try to escalate and get someone in charge on the phone, the same individual texts me. This has been infuriating and I am still in need of care unfortunately. H2 is horribly run and it's a shame top talent like Matt have to deal with their patients going through billing issues like this.

Matt and His Team are Professional and are working hard to restore me back to a condition better than before my surgery! Having completed my therapy, these folks will work with you to get you to where you need to be and beyond! They will put in and reflect your drive and determination!
