I’ve been waiting for 30+ mins to get a condenser coil because they can only load 1 truck at a time. Instead of having people reverse into the bay how about you make the contractors park outside of the bay so everyone can get what they need and get down the road. 1 company has pulled multiple trucks in and I can’t get in because they have trucks going back to back.
I was caught in traffic and wasn’t going to make it before they closed. They went above and beyond to stay later and make sure I had the proper part for my customer. The part was ready and paperwork as well. Thank you! 02/19
We do business with gemaire frequently. They are always amazing . Easy to deal with it. Helps us out as much as they can. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
When parts aren't in stock and have to be ordered, they actually take the time to call me and let me know when they have arrived. Always a pleasure doing business with Gemaire.
