My first time to call on Florida Comfort and they were great! Cory came out on the same day to assess the problem. It was a 35 year old system that needed replacement. He explained multiple options and when I selected the type I wanted, which was not the most expensive but which was going to take a week or so to get in stock so he provided temporary coolers for comfort. Tami (sp?) the office manager was very attentive and communicated often, too. So kind and have done a great job for us. Highly recommend their service.
Thank you for an amazing experience with my ac repair. Matt and Korey were absolutely amazing!!! They were polite, courteous, respectful of my house and my time. Thank you for the same day service!!!! My wife is now nice and cool because of you !!!
Matt with Florida Comfort Specialist was out today to fix our AC. Matt was great and explained everything to me and let me make the best decision for me and my house. There was no pressure just gave me the options and let me make the decision. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an AC company. We’ll definitely be using them and referring them in the future.
Florida Comfort Specialist has been professional throughout my business with them. I purchased two new units for a fraction of the price other companies quoted me. They have come out to preform service and their knowledge and ability to explain the systems have been great. I highly recommend this company for any of your heat and ac needs. Recently we had a couple issues with the unit we purchased (unit issue not installation issue) and Florida Comfort Specialist were amazing yet again. They communicate and give updates and walked me through everything. I can’t say enough good things about them!!!
Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable Team. Can’t thank Korey and Thomas enough for their concern and suponer with my AC problem. Came, diagnosed and solved!!! Thank you so much Florida Comfort, Korey and Thomas!! Review update: Just to confirm what I stated before. I needed the team for another AC issue some else tried to scam me… phone call away, they came went over everything the others did wrong… fixed and explained in detail exactly what they found, why they did and what we should expect… Honesty before money , that’s how money comes… Thank you All!
