I was referred to Estes Heating & Air by one of my neighbors who was extremely satisfied with the company. These folks were tremendous. On time, courteous and extremely professional. I would recommend them over any other AC company in the area. They came to install a professional ventilation system for a kitchen that we had installed. Called them on Thursday afternoon they showed up on Friday for the estimate. And on Tuesday they were here in my house working. Very knowledgeable and again like I said courteous, neat and tidy and super polite. I would recommend them over and over again. thank you so much!!! J. Aleman

I am dissatisfied with the service provided by Estes Heating & Air regarding the commercial freezer repair. While the company initially responded to assess the unit, the overall experience did not meet expectations. Communication was unclear, follow-up was inconsistent, and the information provided regarding services and capabilities appeared misleading. As a result, the issue was not addressed with the level of professionalism and transparency expected for a commercial refrigeration repair. Moving forward, it may be necessary to explore alternative vendors that can provide clearer communication, accurate representation of services, and reliable expertise in commercial refrigeration repair.

From the phone call to the service to restoring my upstairs AC, absolutely 5 stars across the board. JoJo was my service technician and he was incredibly professional, super kind, and up front about the issue and price to fix. Even better, he had a new blower motor on-hand in his work van. He was here and gone within an hour and restored my machine to operating condition and gave me a quick education about the component that had failed. Apparently I did well for getting 15 years out of the first blower motor! The convenience, same-day appointment speed, and professional technician ensured I’ll be using Estes again. While AC repair is not generally a fun expense, the convenience and speed of repair made it worth the cost. They were priced fairly and had me fixed in no time.
