Elpis MFR Therapy

Maria is great to work with, as a physical therapist there is a lot I can't do for myself, especially hands on manual therapy and myofascial release. Maria found all my areas that needed some attention and is helping me stay healthy in the clinic and in all the sports I play!

I first reviewed Elpis over 5 years ago but the mere fact that I’m posting another 5 Star Review should send a compelling message to anyone suffering from pain. Maria Bannister is a true professional and probably one of the most accomplished Myofacial Therapist in Northern Florida. I’m continually impressed by the results after a treatment from Maria. Her office wall is full of certifications of various types of MFR treatments she’s earned are only part of her story. It’s the compassionate care and skill that keeps me coming back. I get 2-4 treatments a month and it helps me immensely. It matters to me. I give Elpis and Maria Bannister my complete unconditional endorsement without hesitation. Maria is a real professional and an expert in MFR therapy!

I have been experiencing chronic pain in my head, neck and shoulders, and after seeing Maria I have experienced dramatic reduction in pain, more so than I ever experienced after massage or chiropractic care, which seemed very temporary at best. MFR therapy is also much more than I expected (in a good way), and seems to approach care to the whole person. Maria seems to care very much about her work and the care of her clients.
