My momma said to trust the The Taylor family. David A. Taylor and family has been taking care of my family's A/C systems since I literally was a baby. My current system is on it's 9th year and still going strong. I highly recommend buying the 10 year service agreement if/when it's time to buy a new A/C system so you don't have to worry if something expensive goes out like the compressor, or even something like a capacitor that wears out over time. Our system has been proactively maintained with each service call and we've never had a problem with an outage.
Really great experience with David Taylor. Received a personal phone call from David the morning of my appointment outlining the options for my old unit replacement. Jared and the other techs were great, they diagnosed and ordered the new unit before lunch, and install was done later that same day. Price was very reasonable and extremely up front, give the business to the small veteran business anyday. Will use again!!!
Got home to an 89 degree house immediately called this dude. He answered and immediately started helping me troubleshoot the issue. (It was a tripped breaker) He knew a possible reason for the tripped breaker and instructed how to go about confirming it. Upon fixing the issue myself he then instructed me to go ahead and write a work order and bill myself for services rendered. I paid myself handsomely. Knowledgeable Funny Pleasure to problem solve with Why are you still reading this review call the dude!
They were able to send a technician out same day and help us resolve a blockage in our AC drain line that was causing our sinks to back up! Would definitely recommend if you are in need of quicker services!
David Taylor is my first and only call for HVAC. Prompt, professional, straight up, and honest. They’ve serviced my unit twice and got me in the same day. Jared is the MAN! Super personable and a great tech.
