Absolutely recommend. He is very attentive, respectful, and understanding. More importantly, he not only listens, but he also listens and hears to understand the issue. This is a quality hard to find now. We had ongoing issues with the HVAC system and completely understood what I was expressing to him. Within less than an hour it was fixed. I so appreciated his amazing demeanor, willingness to listen to my concerns and explain the problem. He treats you like a human being.
It's really nice to find an AC business that is timely, considerate, honest, and not out to take you financially. One company tried to charge me 3xs more than Dan's for a pound of freon!Dan's Refrigeration is the one to choose! Thank you Dan for keeping our AC at Sippers Coffeehouse and our own private home AC working well without breaking the bank. For someone who often does my own work on equipment, I know I can count on Dan's Refrigeration in emergencies and when problems are above my mechanical knowledge. More than pleased. Thank you Dan's Refrigeration.
