Cook’s Air Conditioning & Heating Specialists

We really like to see Matt arrive to do our maintenance. He always does a great job, thorough job. I trust him in my house unconditionally. He is always smiling. A very good representation of Cook’s

I contacted Cooks for a HVAC repair which they attended to promptly, but weren’t able to repair it because the part had to be ordered. They returned my call within the day and diagnosed the problem the same day. However, I didn’t hear from anyone on the day of the anticipated repair. I had to contact them myself to find out if the part was received & being installed. The repair was done on an investment property, my tenants were not happy with no AC. Their are answered by what appeared to be an answering service. There’s no direct contact with the repair person or their supervisor. I didn’t like not having a contact person and not knowing when the service was completed. My tenant confirmed that repair was done and that it is now cooling.

We have been using Cook’s HVAC for about 3 years now and would highly recommend them and Matt, the service technician. He is very thorough and easy to talk to when we have questions.

Matt came today to do maintenance on our air conditioner. He did a great job, was very thorough and answered my questions explaining what he was doing. It was a pleasure doing business with Matt and Cooks Air.
