First I’ll say I have used four different HVAC repair companies in the area over the last five years and Cooks has been the most reasonably priced. You’d think “well you get what you pay for.” But honestly with Cooks you get much more. I can’t speak for other HVAC technicians at Cooks, but Matt was 100% amazing. Matt was friendly, personable, I felt comfortable with him being in my house and around my family. He did not mind when I watched some of the maintenance because I was curious and wanted to learn. One of the two units I had was short cycling and he probably could have found a way to upcharge me, but since he was there for a yearly maintenance plan he did all the maintenance and that in and of itself fixed the short cycling. Overall I give them a 10/10 on pricing and if the rest of their technicians are half as good as Matt then there is no other company in Lake City you should have maintenance or repair your AC systems.
As always we received amazing service from Cook's. Our technician Robbie was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. His expertise prevented us from experiencing a potential emergency call out this summer or worse an expensive fix. Thank you!!!!!
We love Cook's AC and Heating Specialist! Our technician, Jess was amazing. We chose Cook's after searching on google for a new AC maintenance program. We are very happy with our choice and our service. Thank you for your professionalism, honesty and caring about your customers.
