I worked with Dr. Fletcher for a little over a month for posterior tendinitis and I highly recommend him. He was professional, patient, and supportive throughout my recovery process, even when I was eager to progress faster than my body allowed. Each session felt personalized, and I always received the attention and guidance I needed. I also appreciated that sessions were kept small, usually with just one other patient, which made the experience much more focused and effective.

By far, the best physical therapy team in the area around Ponte Vedra and Nocatee. I was sent there after back surgery and had subsequent problems post surgery (a fall, diagnosed spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis). As an older person, I was eligible for long term PT treatments. My PT, Thomas Olecko, is the absolute best in the business. For 2.5 years I observed him carefully working with multiple pat with different issues and vastly different personalities. Thomas is not only skilled in the art and science of physical therapy, I swear he's got a psychologist credential too. His ability to motivate, show compassion, and drive a patient through to a success outcome is both amazing and inspiring. I cannot recommend him or this practice enough.

Dr. Fletcher did an amazing job with my shoulder. He's the first physical therapist to have relieved any pain. He did a thorough assessment to find the specific areas to focus. The exercises plan he put together was incredibly effective and easy to replicate at home and in the gym. The small studio environment meant individualized attention throughout our appointments. The entire staff was incredibly personable and made me look forward to PT.

Kalie and Thomas at CBPT helped me come back strong from hamstring repair surgery last year and I'm working with them again now as I recover from meniscus repair surgery (it's been a rough couple of years for this runner). They bring an incredible amount of expertise, experience and compassion to each case and I cannot recommend them highly enough to my fellow injured athletes (and injured humans in general) who want to get back to their sport of choice.
