Coastal Health Spine & Pain - Point Meadows

I came in because I have two discs in my lower back that are gone. So it's bone on bone pain down my left leg cross my left foot. I'm still walking on gabapentin but I know that it's getting worse and worse. My neurologist Dr Scibelli, recommended that I come here for pain management. Of course, I had to fill out the many many long sheets of information, that I've had to fill out so many times before. I'll be so happy when every doctor can pull this up on the internet and get access to it. But enough about that. As soon as I completed all the info, they took me right back x-ray was quick and painless. And it was just a few minutes and the doctor came in. We're going to do shots in my lower back and see if that helps so I'll tell you more next time. But all in all it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Netzel was absolutely amazing. I felt like he truly cares about my whole health. Not just the reason I came in. He took time with me, he listened and didn’t judge and he sent me away with a life plan. Not just a prescription. I’m truly impressed! Really looking forward to positive growth and impact under his care.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews—but Dr Christopher Netzel (who CLAIMS to “be the owner of Coastal Spine and Pain”!) was the worst, most uncaring, least available doctor I have ever seen…..and I’m not young! You’d better not need any attention between office vi$it$ or procedure$ (intentional ‘typos’) because the staff shields the doctor and his PA from any contact with patients.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Netzel did an amazing job on my Stellate Ganglion Nerve Block. I'm already having some positive results in just a day. Also, Dr. Michelle Lenahan PA-C is also a great. Thank you.
