By far the most honest and trustworthy company around. I called David Gray and long story short they said the reversing valve was bad and I needed a whole new unit. I reach out to Kyle he agrees it’s best to replace due to the cost effectiveness. Fast forward to change out day. Kyle comes to do the change out, he wanted and does a few minutes of troubleshooting. Low and behold he finds a burnt wire going to the reversing valve!!!!! He could have turned the other way, but he didn't. He has by far the most trustworthy and honest work ethic! DO NOT go with the over priced “popular” names.
Fast and affordable, thank you so very much for being so quick to show up and get my house cool again. Kyle showed up on the spot and got us fixed up in no time. Literally 5 minutes. They are trustworthy and reliable! Thank you again!
Had a factory defect on my outside unit. Called them, they immediately came over and fixed the problem within minutes. Great guy, great attitude. You can tell he loves his company. I highly recommend him. And to be quite honest, you can't beat his prices. Outstanding member of society. Wish more people were like him.
I had Kyle come out and take a look at my ac, repair and maintenance is outstanding.
Our A/C suddenly turned off and the fan wasn't running (this is Saturday 2pm mid-July). I called Kyle and he was at my house 15 minutes later. Kyle diagnosed the issue with 10 minutes, offered a solution and provided the fix, all for a great price! I can't thank him enough for being extremely responsive and professional. Don't go with the big company names. Call Chappell Heating and Air!
