The wait times to get any equipment here is the worst thing on earth. It doesn’t matter when you get there, you’ll be waiting 30 mins to an hour for them to bring out your equipment. It’s like 3 total people work in the back and only 1 knows how to operate a forklift. Only reason for a 2* is the front desk guys are all awesome, otherwise it’s a 1* or lower if possible. Get here at 8:07am and it’s now 8:55am, but still no system coming out.
Offer after hour service but no one answers the call. Manager was made aware of me needing a part and wanting to open up the store for a heater. Never received a call back. Just don’t offer the service if you can not provide it.
We were hired by prosponsive logistics to deliver a load from San Antonio to this facility they got us on tracking they team knew the eta they load us 3 hours and half late and they didn’t make an appointment to the new eta we got to the receiver 12:30 pm and they refused to receive the load this was on Friday we hold the load hole weekend because they told us that they will send us a updated rc and what they did was deduct 250 for late delivery and don’t pay layovers will make responsible shipper and receiver liable for the remaining payment under Bol laws
If you want to know someone incredible that always comes thru and helps you everytime your stuck the name is Wayne Faircloth. I just realized for ten years from my first day in the industry Wayne's always been there to get me thru the problem I've come across with my orders. Thank you pal you and your team truly are the best.
This supply house is not organized at all, it was a complete mess i preordered equipment called the day before showed up early before they opened and was tge second guy through tge door and still took over an hour to get my stuff and it was not right
