⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Caudill Supply Caudill Supply is our go-to source for electrical supplies for apartment complexes and rental properties. If you manage multifamily housing or rental units, this is the place to get everything you need in one stop. They stock a huge selection of breaker panels, breaker switches, outlets, GFCI outlets, light switches, plate covers, electrical boxes, wiring, and other essential electrical components for fast unit turns and maintenance repairs. We regularly purchase circuit breakers, breaker panels, receptacles, duplex outlets, tamper-resistant outlets, switch plates, wall plates, and junction boxes — and they always have the inventory ready. Their pricing is competitive, especially for bulk orders needed for apartment rehabs and property management projects. What really sets Caudill Supply apart is their knowledge of electrical supplies for rental property maintenance. They understand what property managers and maintenance teams need: durable, code-compliant products that are easy to install and cost-effective. Whether you’re upgrading breaker panels, replacing outlets, installing new plate covers, or handling full electrical renovations, they have the right products in stock. Fast service, reliable inventory, and great customer support make Caudill Supply a 5-star electrical supply partner for apartment complexes and rental property owners. Highly recommended for anyone in property management, maintenance, or multifamily renovations!
★★★★★ Absolutely one of the best HVAC supply houses I’ve dealt with in Jacksonville. What I really like about Caudill Supply is that they don’t make you jump through hoops just to buy parts. They’ll sell to anybody—you don’t have to be an HVAC contractor or have an HVAC license, unless you’re purchasing refrigerant, of course. Phil at the counter was incredibly helpful. He took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish, helped me figure out exactly what parts I needed, and never made me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I also want to give Troy, the new owner, credit. It’s obvious he’s making an effort to take care of customers and maintain the personal service that makes a local supply house worth coming to. If you’re a contractor, property owner, maintenance guy, or even a homeowner trying to get your AC back up and running, I highly recommend Caudill Supply. Great people, knowledgeable service, and they actually take care of their customers. Five stars all the way!

I bought a 40x440v ac capacitor from Caudill HVAC Supply in Jacksonville for my a/c unit. This is the best HVAC supplier in Jax for finding a/c replacement parts in supplies! Will definitely be back to buy our next air conditioning system when it fails. Thanks again.
