Casa Vive

Casa Vive Yoga has that rare kind of energy you feel the second you walk through the door. The owners and staff have created a space filled with warmth, positivity, sincerity, and genuine heart — and somehow that feeling carries into every class and every interaction. The instructors are welcoming, the members are friendly, and the overall vibe is uplifting without ever feeling forced. There’s a great variety of yoga flows, plus hot and cold therapy and other holistic wellness services that make Casa Vive feel like much more than a yoga studio — it’s a little wellness sanctuary in Downtown Jacksonville. I haven’t tried the hot/cold therapy yet, but it’s definitely on my list! If you’re looking for yoga in Jacksonville, especially Downtown Jacksonville, this place is special. Come for the yoga, stay for the people and good vibes, and leave feeling a little more grounded, open, and connected than when you walked in. 🧘‍♂️✨ Casa Vive is good for the body, good for the mind, and definitely good for the soul. 🙏

AMAZING space, from the kind hearted people that run it to the powerful yoga classes this place is such a little escape into healing a little part of you! Can’t recommend enough!!

Just had my first class here (9am Flow) and I was absolutely enthralled with the experience! The energy, the challenge, and the vibe were perfect and so positive. I will be sharing this experience with all of my friends and network. If you haven’t taken a class here yet, I can’t recommend it enough!
